SUBSTANCE: peripheral blood lymphocytes are released by density gradient, impaired membrane-cytoskeleton interrelations within lymphocytes are detected using phase-contrast microscopy, impaired lymphocytic plasma membrane evidence is registered during blebbing, lymphocytic blebbing index value and total lymphocytic blebbing are calculated, so that total blebbing is calculated by addition of lymphocytes during initial blebbing, characterised by small vesicles on membrane up to 1/3 of cell radius and lymphocytes during thermal blebbing characterised by large bubbles on membrane surface more than 1/3 of cell radius, lymphocytic blebbing index is calculated by multiplication of a lymphocytes during thermal blebbing by 100 divided by total lymphocytic blebbing. And in case total lymphocytic blebbing is increased by 30%, and lymphocytic blebbing index value is more than 37 standard units, organism system inflammatory response for critical states is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides optimised diagnostics of organism system inflammatory response for critical states.
