SUBSTANCE: method includes transosseous pin installation through ventral and dorsal vertebral structures and their following reposition using external fixing device; and each pin is installed at least through two anatomically indicated parts of one or adjacent cervical vertebras.
EFFECT: increased fixing stability and possibility to regulate position of vertebras within reposition.
