FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: anterior eye section is exposed with pulsed air flow. Exposed eye section include cornea, limb and perilimb sclera zone, and respectively adjacent structures - ciliary body, retina, its avascular zone at pressure 0.04 to 0.06 atm. with rectangular pulses with amplitude from 0.05 atm., of pulse duration 0.01 to 1 sec., pulse separation 0.5 to 5 sec., frequency 0.5 to 8 Hz, exposure time 2-3 minutes per 1 procedure, daily, procedure number 1-3.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of prevention and treatment of dysmature infant retinopathy.
