FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices and methods of heterogeneous mediums treatment with the help of mechanical oscillations and may be used in chemical, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries for mixing (homogenisation), dissolution, extraction, liquid extraction, leaching, re-pulpation, impregnation, especially in the case of similar densities of treated phases, and also for treatment of pulp and paper plants sewage and for industrial washing of woven materials. Method consists in creation of oscillating motion in heterogeneous medium, which is filled in device, by means of pulse supply of one or several liquid jets on free area of heterogeneous medium (or under the surface) in zones of generated waves antinodes location. Frequency of pulses is set as equal to one of the own frequencies of generated waves. Pulsating device consists of tank, oscillation generator, controlled valves, devices for excitation of oscillations in zones of generated waves antinodes, which are connected with controlled valves that are connected to oscillations generator.
EFFECT: increase of heterogeneous mediums treatment efficiency and reliability of device operation.
