FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in different areas of chemical technologies and in similar engineering branches where high requirements are applied to the magnitude of final product humidity. Plant of zeolite drying and tempering includes plunger pump for primary solution supply, admixtures separation filter, distributing dryer which is intended for catalyst drying and granulation from solution, multicyclones for finished product entrapment and its supply to conveyor screw or belt conveyor of dried-out product. According to invention, this plant contains fan, heat generator. Besides, recycle flow (non-market articles) is supplied to Venturi scrubber by smoke exhauster to collect in tank and solution is pumped into scrubber. Drying agent is supplied to tempering unit by fan via heat generator. Discharger supplies dried-out product from scrubber to pneumatic transport cyclone by pneumatic transport fan via filter and to slurry tank. Wet primary product supply system is represented with acoustic injectors and resonator is arranged in toroidal plane or, at least one spherical plane located in the end wall of housing and directed to distributing head. Besides, spherical hollow is connected with gap between vertical opening in end wall and distributing head rod by means of calibrated opening. In addition, gap is of annular cross section in the section perpendicular to rod axis. Distributing head is in the shape of housing with cover represented with truncated cones interconnected by large basis. Besides, manifold in the form of cylindrical hollow is located inside the housing. Manifold is connected with annular channel formed by external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and coaxial openings of similar diameter provided in distributing head cover and housing. Distributing head is provided with, at least, three channels for solution discharge, which are evenly distributed around and perpendicular to rod axis. In addition, opening shearing is on the tapered surface of distributing head cover and inclination angle defines rooted angle of sprayed solution jet.
EFFECT: improvement of drying and tempering effectiveness.
