FIELD: food processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designated to satisfy the consumer's needs in new foodstuffs with novel gustatory senses. The product consists of several bound with each other different cases with the different fillings, one of which is a sparkling filling corresponding to a powder or granules. The sparkling filling consists of carbon dioxide and citric acid. The ratio of soda and citric acid is such as to provide the complete soda slaking by citric acid till the neutral pH, on moistening by saliva in mouth. Sugar can be added to the sparkling filling. The product cases are coated with the substance preserving their properties within the product shelf life. At that, the increased sparkling effect is provided as compared to the confectionery saturated with the carbon dioxide under pressure.

EFFECT: novel gustatory senses are available for consumer.
