FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designated to satisfy the needs in new foodstuffs with novel properties and gustatory senses. The product consists of several bound with each other impermeable cases which are divided to sections with the different fillings, including sparkling one. The filling is a caramel powder or granules, saturated with carbon dioxide. The powder or granule size is such that provides the maximal time of the sparkling effect, maximal size of the carbon dioxide bubbles and the sparkling effect caused by it. The sparkling filling is case-proof and coated with the substances preserving its properties within the product shelf life. The filling is resistant to other products medium; if they are used as fillings, the invented filling should not decay and lose its properties over a period of the product shelf life.
EFFECT: carbon dioxide bubbles output and sparkling effect are increased following contact of caramel with saliva in mouth.
