FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: proposed "Soup Yerevan-style" special-purpose preserve is prepared as follows: onions are cut, sautéed in melted butter and minced; potatoes and apples are sliced, blanched and minced; dried prunes are blanched and minced; green parsley is frozen and minced; mutton is cut and minced; peas are boiled till double increase of weight and minced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, culinary salt and CO2-extract of hot black pepper. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
