SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, in particular abdominal surgery, gastroenterology. Stomach separation is carried out. Bandaging of small ventricle is carried out. Gastroenteroanastomosis is imposed according Ru. Tape from firm cerebral cover in width of 3.5 cm, in total length of 17 cm, is entered for bandaging of small ventricle into abdominal cavity. One of the tape extremities has aperture in length of 2 cm, in width 0.5 cm. Cut is executed on other extremity from the end to the middle throughout 12 cm. Thus the width of middle part of the tape corresponds to length of the cut out aperture of other extremity. The tape is pulled in the opposite direction through the retrogastral space to omentulum aperture. The extremity of the tape with cut is pulled to the created aperture of other extremity and tightened to the tape middle, forming the latch. Internal diameter of the framed cuff makes 2-2.5 cm. The tape is stitched and filed in the field of the latch to the anterior wall on a circle of pseudo-gatekeeper.

EFFECT: method allows raising efficiency of surgical treatment at the expense of maintenance of functional solvency of the pseudo-gatekeeper; to prevent narrowing of pseudo-gatekeeper and development of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
