FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to rheumatology, traumatology, surgery, ultrasonic diagnostics, and can be used in evaluation of treatment of hip joint pathology. Method consists in the ultrasound-controlled injection into the intra-articular slit of the hip joint; according to the invention, autoliposuction is performed with the introduction of auto fat, chondroprotector, platelet-rich plasma into the hip joint cavity in a mixed form in a twenty-gram syringe to improve the subchondrial bone nutrition and measuring the oscillographic index and infrared densitometry at the exit point a.circumflexa femoris lateralis feeding the hip joint and located 1.5 cm inwards and medially to the greater trochanter of the femur, and with the oscillographic index of 8.14 mm and higher and infrared densitometry 3.6 and less conservative treatment is carried out, and if infrared densitometry is more than 3.6 and oscillographic index is 0 mm – surgical intervention.

EFFECT: method enables higher evaluation of the clinical effectiveness in aseptic necrosis of the femoral head by means of autoliposuction and the introduction of auto fat.
