FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. Before building of a defect, within a necrotising segment, a cartilage is slightly raised with restoring a spherical form of the head. A trephine opening is formed of the external intertrochanteric part of the femoral neck herewith preparing a spongy autogenous bone graft in the form of a bone column reaching an area of the aseptic necrosis. It is followed with extraarticular removal of the femoral neck segments. The canal is filled with the bone column providing a clearance lengthwise. The clearance between the bone column and the canal makes 2-3 mm.
EFFECT: method provides restoration of support ability, ensures prolonged decompressive tunneling, reduced traumatism and postoperative complications, and reduced time of treatment.
