SUBSTANCE: invention concerns stomatology, and can be used for diagnostics of parodentium tissues inflammatory diseases. Mixed non-stimulated saliva is biochemically tested for calcium, phosphorus content, alkaline phosphatase, common and tartrate-resistive phosphatase activity. Value system indicates gingivitis or periodontitis of slight or medium-severe level.

EFFECT: method application provides increased accuracy of gingivitis and/or periodontitis severity levels, and forecast of disease course by means of a simple and noninvasive test method.
