FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to technology of manufacturing fish-and-vegetable canned food for space feeding. Method of cans production involves cutting, breading in wheat flour, frying in melted butter and mincing bream fillet, cutting, sautéing in melted butter and mincing leek, freezing and mincing bunching onion, grating and sautéing garlic in melted butter, mixing the above components with fish broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2 biomass extracts of specified micromitset and black pepper, packing the obtained mix in aluminum tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation. This allows manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
