FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: prepared haddock fillet is cut, dredged in wheat flour, fried in melted butter and minced. Leek is cut, sautéed in melted butter and minced. Bunching onion is frozen and minced. Prepared garlic is grated and sautéed in melted butter. The above components are mixed with fish broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2 extracts of specified micromitset biomass and black pepper. The obtained mix and is packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised producing the desired product.
EFFECT: canned food for space feeding is of higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
