FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. The proposed variants of method involve preparation of recipe components, cutting, blanching and mincing bunching onion, blanching and mincing garlic. Bunching onion and cilantro are frozen and minced. Beef is cut and minced as well. The above components are mixed with melted butter, coconut milk, tomato paste, table salt and CO2 extracts of micromitsets of biomass of caraway, sweet red paprika and black pepper. The obtained mix is packed in aluminum tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised. The invention allows manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
