SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in food industry for production of meat and vegetable preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by onions cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer, garlic blanching and grinding in mincer, green onions and coriander freezing and grinding in mincer, beef cutting and grinding in mincer. Prepared components are mixed with melted butter, coconut milk, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extracts of cumin, sweet red pepper and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
