FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Cans are manufactured by boiling, shelling and mincing chicken eggs, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes and cucumbers, freezing and mincing bunching onion and greenstuffs, mincing squid fillet, boiling kvass, mixing the above components with sour cream, sugar, table salt and CO2 extract of mustard, packing the obtained mix in aluminum tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
