FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method of preserved food cooking includes boiling, peeling and mincer grinding of hen's eggs, cutting, blanching and mincer grinding of cucumbers, freezing and mincer grinding of green onions and parsley, mincer grinding of fish fillet, kvass boiling, mixing of specified components with sour cream, table salt and CO2-extracts of mustard and black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new preserved food for space meals has higher assimilability compared to similar culinary dish.
