FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: in granulator of boiling layer, which consists of drying chamber that includes the conical casing, the lower part of which is connected with cylindrical part, in which grids are fixed as well as nozzle for supply of fluidised during agent from heat generator, according to invention, the upper part of casing is connected with cylindrical part and conical part of drying chamber, in which nozzle is installed for allocation of instrument and control equipment, at that the conical part of drying chamber is connected with vertical nozzle and with outlet nozzle of spent drying agent, which is connected to battery cyclone filter, at that two feeders are provided in the granulator: one in the upper part, the other one - in the lower part, and in vertical nozzle there are nozzle of initial material supply, for instance, solution of salts, and oppositely installed nozzles for supply of spraying agent, for instance, gas or air, and in horizontal input there is nozzle of initial material supply, for instance, solution of salts, and oppositely installed nozzles for supply of spraying agents, for instance, gas or air, and granulated product is discharged via auger with lock, at that feeders are made in the form of acoustic nozzles, the resonator of which is made in the form of toroidal cavity or at least one spherical cavity, which is installed in the end wall of casing that faces distributing head, at that the spherical cavity is connected by calibrated opening with clearance between vertical opening in the end wall of casing and rod of distributing head, at that in the section that is perpendicular to rod axis, the clearance has annular cross section, and distributing head is made in the from of casing with cover in the form of truncated cones, which are connected with their large bases, at that in casing there is a header installed in the form of cylindrical cavity, which is connected with annular channel formed by external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and identical diameter openings that are coaxial with it, which are made accordingly in cover and casing of distributing head, with at least three channels for solution discharge that are evenly distributed along circumference and perpendicular to rod axis, at that cut of openings is installed on the conical surface of distributing head cover, the incline angle of which determines root angle of sprayed solution torch.

EFFECT: increase of drying efficiency.
