FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, pathological anatomy. Organ complex within abdominal cavity is displaced to the right or to the left relative to spinal column axis. Then costal arch lifting, mylohyoid muscle separating, epiglottis capturing, neck neurovascular beam transecting, neck organs from cervical separating, neck soft tissues capturing and neck organ extracting devices follow. Thus within neck there is a subcutaneous tunnel formed. Mylohyoid muscles are crossed through neck incision. Neck and laparotomy access are used organ complex displacement. Autopsy is carried out at an operational angle 15-30 degrees. Method reduces duration and trauma number within autopsy, including those of coetaneous covering and of viscera tissues, provides improved cosmetic effect.
EFFECT: development of evisceration method for pathologic anatomy, reducing autopsy trauma number.
