FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and is aimed at spinal diseases treatment. Interstitial electrostimulation is applied. Interstitial electrostimulation is followed with dynamic correction of sympathetic nervous system activity. Prior to each interstitial electrostimulation and after it heart rate variability is analysed while vegetative balance and regulatory system pressure level are evaluated and/or arterial pressure is measured. Prior to dynamic correction of sympathetic nervous system activity and after it heart rate variability is also analysed while vegetative balance and regulatory system pressure level are evaluated and/or arterial pressure is measured. Biotropic parameters of current pulses and mode duration within interstitial electrostimulation of pathological centre and biotropic parameters of current pulse field within dynamic correction of sympathetic nervous system activity, exposure and pauses within this mode are set so that during treatment and after it expressed prevalence of sympathetic vegetative nervous system activity is not observed, and/or arterial pressure during treatment and after it is not changed more than by ±20 % of its value measured prior to medical procedure. Offered invention enables to arrest painful syndromes, vegetative dysreflexion and by-effects caused by electrostimulation.
