FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to chemical technologies and is intended for implementation of heterogeneous chemical reactions, which take place with significant thermal effect. Fluoridation of hard mineral raw materials with element fluorine is carried out in vertical leak-tight reactor, the casing of which is made in the form of pipe with water cooling jacket and with reaction zone in the top part. Fluorine supply is carried out from top under pressure and by directed flow at sharp angle to vertical of descending flow of raw materials. This permits to move away zone of initial reagents flows mixing, which forms torch core with the field of the highest temperature from the entrance of loading assembly unit, and to direct the flame down along reaction pipe, and due to that loading elements installed on top are moved out of maximum temperatures area.
EFFECT: higher thermal effect.
