FIELD: measuring instruments.
SUBSTANCE: sensing element comprises a dielectric framework and a two-wire transmission line having the form of a wire twisting. The wire twisting of the two-wire transmission line is mounted inside the dielectric framework in a manner to provide the absence of contact between the wires and liquid medium. Moreover, the wire twisting has the form of a twisted pair.
EFFECT: device allows increasing the accuracy of measurement, design reliability and long service life.
