Method of preserved food production includes boiling, peeling and mincer grinding of hen's eggs, freezing and chopping of spinach and sorrel, cutting, blanching and mincer grinding of cucumbers, freezing and mincer grinding of green onions and dill, mincer grinding of calamari fillet, mixing of specified components with sour cream, drinking water, sugar and table salt, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
