SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of preserved concentrates of dinner first course dishes. Method of preserved food production includes hen's eggs boiling, peeling and cutting, sorrel and spinach freezing and chopping, cucumbers cutting and blanching, green onions and dill cutting and freezing, cutting of calamari fillet, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with sour cream, sugar and table salt, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
