FIELD: mechanics, motor industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motor industry and is designed to control the transport vehicle heater. The valve has a body with a through channel blocked by a shut-off element coupled with the driving shaft. One end of the pivot rod is attached to the driving shaft, it other end being fastened to the shut-off element. The said shut-off element represents an elastic membrane, its one end being attached to the pivot rod and the other one to the body.

EFFECT: higher reliability and simpler design.
