FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for measuring mechanical vibrations by converting an incoming disturbance into an electrical signal. A sensor of low-amplitude aperiodic vibrations based on a film sensing element containing an external power supply, a signal amplifier and a sensing element based on an electroactive polymer film, characterized in that the signal amplifier and the sensing element are placed in a tightly closed shielding housing, while the sensing element has electrodes on 2 sides, to which output wires are connected, through an insulating layer is fixed on a rigidly flexible console with a load pinched at one end.
EFFECT: significant reduction in reflection losses, removal of secondary resonances, harmonics and interference in the low and high frequencies and an increase in sensitivity by 1-2 orders of magnitude compared to traditional resonant non-amplifying circuits, in addition, it is possible to change the target range of operating frequencies without fundamentally changing the design of the sensor as a whole.
