FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of fish and vegetable preserved food. Method includes preparation of recipe components. Tomatoes and potatoes are cut and browned. Watercress and green onions are cut and frozen. Cheese is grated. These components are mixed without oxygen access with lemon juice, table salt and black bitter pepper. Salmon fillet is cut, coated with wheat flour and fried in vegetable oil. Salmon fillet, prepared mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
