SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of fish and vegetable preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by tomatoes and potatoes cutting and browning in vegetable oil, watercress and green onions cutting and freezing, grating of cheese, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with lemon juice, table salt and black bitter pepper, bonito fillet cutting, coating with wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, packing of bonito fillet, prepared mixture and vegetable oil, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with higher assimilability.
