FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, orthopedy, namely to and can be used for contact superlowtemperature treatment of tumours and tumor-like affections of bones. For this purpose, exorsally growing tumor is pointed out. The tumor is removed. After that, postresectional edge defect is subjected to action of superlow temperatures in three cycles, each with self-melting, freezing being performed by application of cryoprobe cooled by liquid nitrogen. Each freezing cycle is performed for three minutes. Proposed method allows for increasing radicality and efficiency of surgical treatment of tumours and tumor-like affections of bones due to deep freezing and destruction of visually uncontrolled tumor elements after bone resection.
EFFECT: increased radicality and efficiency of surgical treatment of tumours and tumor-like affections of bones.
