SUBSTANCE: device contains a cyclone casing, air inlet pipe, air outlet pipe, grounding element arranged on the cyclone casing inner surface, ioniser tubes arranged on the air outlet pipe and a high-voltage power source connected with the air outlet pipe. The air outlet pipe is a current-conducting one, the ioniser tubes being arranged on the said pipe at the section the pipe is connected to the cyclone casing top part.
EFFECT: keeping the particles electrical charge invariable even at a high flow velocity.
