FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: fluid is compressed at pressure of 2.0 Kbar and cooled down to temperature of -20° C, while the fluid is still in liquid phase. The blank is resided above the tank. Then fluid is supplied from nozzle to the blank, which is in pressure and temperature conditions, that provide abrupt change of fluid volume and its instantaneous freezing to ice. Then the ice is defrosted in the tank, and the fluid switches to liquid phase. The fluid is then filtered from processing products and is redirected to inlet of fluid recirculation system.
EFFECT: processing efficiency and reliability increase, and environmental safety of the processing is provided.
