FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to jet cutting of workpiece. Method includes providing forced fluid from nozzle to machined workpiece to cutting Jet. Fluid medium is represented by melted fusible alloy, hydrostatic pressure is increased before forming of cutting Jet. Cooling of cutting jet said molten alloy to its fractional crystallisation. Method incudes providing reduction of cutting jet by passing electric current along it and/or external magnetic field. Collecting partially crystallised spent molten alloy with particles of machined workpiece, is converted into liquid phase is separated particles of processed workpiece from melted alloy and latter is supplied to input of fluid medium circulation.
