FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: during patient examination, the factors are determined as follows: sex identification, age, blood group, rhesus-factor, place of residence, social status, concomitant pathology, presence of oncological and infectious diseases in past history. Then weighted index of normalised intensive value Kniv is calculated for each factor. Depending on sum magnitude of the weighted indices Kniv, low, medium, or high risk of skin melanoma development is predicted. Using of the invention proposed allows risk evaluation of skin melanoma development among the population, applying it to differential approach in skin melanoma suspect cases, taking preventive precautions, and choosing the disease treatment regimen.
EFFECT: increase in accuracy and objectivity of the disease risk prognostication.
