FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology. For pregnant woman social-biological factors, obstetric-gynecological anamnesis, extragenital diseases, pregnancy complications and state of fetus are determined. Obtained points are summed up, and basing on the obtained sum, course and outcome of pregnancy are estimated in the following way: favourable, further monitoring and labour are realized in institutions of obstetrics of Central district or city hospital; doubtful, tactics of further management of pregnancy and labour is determined in Republican perinatal centre or Regional or Territorial maternity hospital; extremely unfavourable - with urgent hospitalization. Method allows to estimate individual degree of risk of emergence of gestational period and future labour complications for pregnant woman, make prediction for pregnancy outcome with determining standard risk group by monitoring scale and, accordingly, apply differentiated algorithm of actions in process of pregnancy monitoring, determine optimal level of hospital for further monitoring and labour, reduce level of maternal and perinatal loss.

EFFECT: ensuring possibility to estimate degree of risk of emergence of gestational period and future labour complications for pregnant woman, reduction of level of maternal and perinatal loss.
