FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in patient tears, cholestasis-indicating enzymes are determined, namely: alkaline phosphatase (APh), γ-glutamiltranspeptidase (γ-GTP), leucinaminopeptidase (LAP). If APh activity is ≥ 400.0 nmol/(s·l) or more, γ-GTP is ≥ 700.0 nmol/(s·l) or more, LAP is ≥ 52.5 Unit/l, the obstructive character of jaundice is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows exclusion of invasive component in jaundice laboratory diagnostics, simplifies analyses completion, and quicken the diagnostics.
