FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: method of production of protein-vitamin composite that is balanced in amino-acid composition from sources of vegetable protein includes preparation of initial components of composite in the form of powder by means of sorting, washing and cutting of stinging nettle green part, clover, lucerne, amaranth with further blanching for inactivation of ferments, grinding of prepared mixture to puree condition, its homogenization, mixing with water in proportion of 1:1 and drying at spraying plant to final humidity of 2-3%. Corn oilcakes, soy-bean isolate, tomato seeds oilcake, sunflower seed oilcake, wheat bran and buckwheat milling are ground. Specified components are mixed with particles size of not more than 1 mm, then packed, or paste or pills are made.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to prepare balanced in amino-acid composition protein-vitamin composites from sources of vegetable protein.
