FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics, and can be used to remove stably fixed legs of a hip joint endoprosthesis. Surgical access is performed. The channel is formed under endoscopic control using a drill with a diameter of 2-3 mm along one of the faces of the leg of the endoprosthesis so that the end of the channel ends behind the distal part of the leg and passes into the medullary canal of the femur. Then a guide is inserted into the resulting channel, at the distal end of which there is a rotary head connected by means of a rotation transmission mechanism with an oscillator saw, and bone tissue is cut through the entire length of the leg, after which the leg is removed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the traumatic nature of surgical intervention, as well as to reduce the amount of bone tissue to be removed due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
