FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes strip blowing with the help of reaction nozzles, which are installed above the top side of strip, and suction of oil/emulsion from the strip edges, which are used in rolling, with the help of suction system. Efficiency of blowing is provided at the account of the fact that space is formed on the top and bottom sides of strip, in which excess pressure is pulled. Device includes top and bottom casings with reactive nozzles inside them. Contact-free seal is installed at edge parts of casings.
EFFECT: production of rolled strip free of liquids and contaminants.
