SUBSTANCE: invention concerns compounds of the formula I 
, where: Rv is selected out of hydrogen; one of R1 or R2 is selected out of hydrogen or C1-C6-alkyl, while the other is selected out of C1-C6-alkyl; Rx and Ry are hydrogen, Rz, R3 and R6 are hydrogen; v is 0-5; one of R4 and R5 is a group of the formula (IA): while the other of R4 and R5 is C1-C6alkylS; X is -O- and n is 1-3. The compounds have inhibition effect on ileum bile acid transfer (IBAT) and thus can be of value in treatment of disease states associated with hyperlipemic conditions. The invention also concerns methods of obtaining the claimed benzothiadiazepine derivatives, pharmaceutical compositions including them, and application of the derivatives in obtaining medications for ileum bile acid transfer inhibition.
EFFECT: obtaining pharmaceutical composition containing benzothiadiazepine derivatives for fabrication of medications inhibiting ileum bile acid transfer.
