FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ferrous metallurgy. Particularly it concerns processing method of blast-furnace melting implementation. Method includes loading iron-ore materials and chark into blast furnace, melt running with slag of specified basicity with full-blown gas stream in central circlet of stock column, definition of alkaline elements and cyanides content. Into central circlet of stock column intermittently with interval equal every tenth - fiftieth feeding in layers are loaded nonfluxed or partly fluxed iron-ore materials, what provides continuous occurrence of not less than one layer in central circlet of stock column. With beginning of rising cyanide content in scrubbing water, additionally into one of feedings in blast furnace it is loaded 1-3% of iron ore form the mass of ore portion in feeding. By following three - five feedings it is reduced slag basicity by CaO:SiO2 at 0.05-0.2 units by means of changing ratio between agglomerate and pellet in ore area of charge.
EFFECT: reducing of cyanide carry-over with blast-furnace gas while implementation of blast furnace melting.
