FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns metallurgy field. Particularly it concerns cooling of blowing tuyere. Tuyere is outfitted at least by one internal feed tube for gas conduction, particularly oxygen, tipped in tuyere waist for gassing to the melted metal. Furthermore, tuyere contents permeate along the full length cooling jacket for cooling agent conduction, implemented as two-walled tube. Two-walled tube is outfitted by one internal and one external cooling circuit with separating tube in waist area. Metallurgical converter furnace in order to pressure unloading is connected to vacuum pump. As cooling is used gas, maximal flowing consumption of which is limited by current evacuation rate of vacuum pump.
EFFECT: increasing of tuyere facility reliability and safety of maintenance staff.
