FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: facility consists of tuyere for introduction of solid material into container; tuyere passes through orifice in side wall of container into internal space. The tuyere has a central internal pipe designed for flow of solid loose material along it into the container and a circular cooling jacket enveloping the central internal pipe on the essential part of its length. The tuyere consists of an assembly structure containing a tubular part running around the cooling jacket; diametre of the tubular part is approximately twice as big as diametre of the cooling jacket. The tubular part has a double wall; also internal space between its wall is divided into channels for cooling water flow.
EFFECT: facilitating operation of tuyere at high working temperature and simplifying removal of tuyere after melting.
