FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to processing of fish and vegetable preserves for space feeding. The method consists of cutting, blanching and chopping on the cutter of potatoes, paprica, garlic and olives, freezing and chopping on the cutter of spinage, capers, green onions and green parsley parts, chopping on the cutter of cod fillet. The above-mentioned components are blended with melted butter, lemon juice, fish broth, tomato paste, cooking salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of the specified type of micromicet, caraway and black hot pepper. The obtained blend is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed hermetically and sterilised. The invention allows to get new preserves for space feeding with an increased digestibility in comparison with the similar culinary course.
EFFECT: producing of the preserves with an increased digestibility.
