FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to arrange a base of structural foundations includes arrangement of a foundation on a natural soil base, and then reinforcement with contoured vertical driven piles of lower diameter, arranged outside the contour of the foundation, at the distance from its outer faces, of a certain length and at the identical distance from each other. At first the reinforced base of the foundation is formed, for this purpose contoured piles are submerged in several rows, for a design depth in accordance with the pile field scheme accepted in the project, arranging them outside the contours of the foundation. Then the bearing piles are submerged and arranged within the contour of the foundation foot or reaching outside the contours of the foundation foot by the value that is less or equal to 0.5d (where d - side or diameter of the cross section of the pile). On top of the bearing piles there is a buffer layer, dimensions of which in plan exceed length and width of the foundation foot at the level of elevation of the pit bottom by the value that is more or equal to 2d, and its thickness is more or equal to 0.5d from sand of at least medium size or crushed stone from solid rocks. The section of the pit bottom within the contour of location of bearing piles is planned to the design elevation, and a mud slab is arranged, with the thickness of 10 cm, at the same time width and length of which exceed the width and length of the foundation foot by the value d. Above the mud slab they arrange hydraulic insulation, and the foundation is erected. The minimum distance between longitudinal axes of contoured and bearing piles is determined in accordance with the given dependence.

EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of a building and structure foundation base.
