SUBSTANCE: method of launching consists in that the gas-forming chamber charge is arranged in the shell free space to get ignited. The said chamber charge represents a solid-propellant rocket paste-like fuel able to get compressed by 30%. Channel-forming elements are inserted in the aforesaid gas-forming chamber charge, their length being equal to the shell free space length. The said channel forming elements represent scrapers attached to the bottom of the element to be launched and form channels in the gas-forming chamber charge in the aforesaid element motion. Or, they represent fire-conducting cords. The launching device consists of the casing representing a sleeve with a bottom and a gas-forming chamber charge arranged in the shell free space. The said chamber charge represents a solid-propellant rocket paste-like fuel able to get compressed by 30%. Channel-forming elements are inserted in the aforesaid gas-forming chamber charge, their length being equal to the shell free space length. The said channel forming elements represent scrapers attached to the bottom of the element to be launched and form channels in the gas-forming chamber charge in the aforesaid element motion.
EFFECT: higher charge density and launching velocity.
