SUBSTANCE: to the outfitted by ground wire lightning conductor head is connected at least one metering wire, electrically joint with gage unit. Between metering equipment and ground wire or only between metering wires is delivered low measuring voltage for providing of electric power, collected by condenser set, to the electromechanical system of gage unit and through metering contact to the nonsliding contact of wires, connected with testing element. Measurement of lightning conductor head electric parameters is implemented after connecting of gage unit with element, measuring current in ground wire. Information is delivered to ground and measuring wires into connected with it gage unit, located either directly on lightning conductor head, or on some distance from it.
EFFECT: increasing of grade and accuracy of estimate.
