FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: heavy wide-band lamp of progressive wave by leaps of passage channel diameter contains helical slow-wave structure separated by energy absorber for units input, medial and outlet. By length slow-wave helix is formed by sections with different internal diameters and gradient junction between them and has in medial section with increased diameter. Section with increased diameter is defined by its beginning at uneven diameter increase and end at uneven reduction, value of diameter by quantity bigger then at other sections. The other helix sections are of regular diameter, whereby every section is of constant helix diameter lengthwise lamp longitudinal axis, corresponding to defined quantity for each section separately. At that section with increased diameter can be of greater length, than length of middle section, begins into medial section and ends in outlet section in a such way that helix has corresponding length from absorber in the beginning with increased diameter, and after with regular.
EFFECT: increasing of resistance to self-excitation at backward wave and increasing of electronic coefficient of efficiency of interaction between heavy wide-band lamp of progressive wave with helical slow-wave structure.
