FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of preserved food production for space meals. Method includes onions and chili pepper cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer, cherry plums and garlic blanching and ricing, parsley, dill and coriander freezing and grinding in mincer, beef cutting and grinding in mincer, rice boiling until mass doubles and grinding in mincer. Specified components are mixed with bone broth, pomegranate juice, table salt and CO2-extracts of preset micromycete type biomass, mixed spice and bay leaf. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with better assimilability.
