FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to measurements and automation in the field of operative identification and quality control of multicomponent compounds, mostly carbohydrates in oil products and perfumery, carbohydrate and protein compounds in food mediums and finished products. Method includes joint measurement of infrared spectra of optical densities of available samples of every preset brand of multicomponent compound and values of their quality indices, which are determined by physico-chemical methods. At that available samples are measured at different conditions of production, which provide uniform filling of their quality indices values ranges within maximum limits adjusted for every brand. Quantity of available samples is determined on the basis of required accuracy of quality indices values assessment. Spectra of optical densities are measured for all wave numbers of selected range of electromagnet waves, standardised values of all applied wave numbers are assessed by dispersions of spectral components of optical densities of available samples of every brand. Multicomponent compound of unknown brand is identified by method of "the nearest neighbour" on the basis of indistinct measures of similarity of its spectra with spectra of all available samples at earlier determined standardised values of wave numbers of every brand, identified multicomponent compound quality indices values are assessed on the basis of nonparametric interpolation by accumulated values of quality indices of available samples of all brands, and quality of multicomponent compound is determined by results of its identification and assessed values of quality indices.
EFFECT: increase of validity of identification and quality control of multicomponent compounds.
